PARTICIPATION TERMS & CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the ANZ Producer Marketplace event (the “Event”) organised by Icon Conference and Event Management Ltd. (ICON) (” Organiser”). By registering for and participating in the Event you agree to comply with these Terms.
Registration: All participants must register for the Event through the official registration process. Registration details provided must be accurate and complete. By registering for the event you agree to receive communications in relation to the event and for your details to be provided upon request by sponsors and partners as listed in the Privacy section. Registrations are on a first come first serve basis, and participation is subject to availability. The Organiser reserves the right to reject any registration or cancel registration should the participant not comply with these Terms.
Fees and Payments: Participation as an exhibitor in the Event requires payment of a registration fee. This is non-refundable, payment must be made upon registering for the Event.
Health and Safety: By registering and participating in the Event, the participant agrees to comply with all health and safety requirements in relation to the venue and Event. Specific health and safety briefings will be provided prior to the Event for each event, specific to each venue and setup.
Images and Filming: By participating in the event, the participant acknowledges and accepts that photography, filming and broadcasting of the event will take place at the venue. The participant also confirms that ANZ producer marketplace, its sponsors and partners will own all rights (including copyright) in all photographic/video images taken of them during the event and have full permission to use for any post promotional purpose with no additional compensation. . If you have any issues with this, please let us via email at events@iconevents.co.nz and we will manage this for you.
